Wonder how she moves so smooth
Like soft water over smooth stones
Stop what I'm doing to see her pass through the room

If she stops to speak a word
I'm hanging on the sounds
Sometimes I won't even hear her
It sounds like soft water over smooth stones

And when she looks at me and smiles
there's a ripple and a reflection
I see soft water on smooth stones

and when her hand touches mine
it runs deep - it's like a dip in a stream
feels like soft water over smooth stones
